Laughing is always a great thing, but with others it’s so much better. The Happy Mind Project is about aiding you to create and cultivate a happy mind. To assist with this we’ve got a cool community where we can get together (digitally…), to laugh, to share, to challenge each other and ask questions from our awesome teachers all to assist us in our journey.
Our community comes together via instagram, Facebook, a FB group (click here to join) and other events.
In this time of upheaval it is so important for you and your loved ones that you remain calm and centred. Why? Well stress, anxiety, fear and worry send signals to your body to go into fight/flight mode. The bad thing with this is it suppresses your immune system and reduces the ability to think creatively and intelligently.
The techniques we share with you give you the ability to achieve a greater sense of stability amongst the chaos. From there we access our happy mind which is a mind that is stronger against disease, loves more, laughs more and sees the possibilities of optimism.
Knowledge eradicates fear. Fear’s bad for a happy mind… So we aim to not only give you great tools but to also engage in deeper conversations from the science to the spiritual and how it applies to assisting to creating happiness and stability. Click here to check out the conscious couch
Rich has over 13 years of meditation experience and has trained in a variety of techniques. Rich is also currently undergoing a Bachelor Degree in Psychological science, has 3 children (20,17 & 13) and is a director of a small business.
So why learn from Rich? Well perhaps Alex said it best: “Rich was very friendly and welcoming. It seems like he has a lot more knowledge about related areas (psych etc) which I am interested in and studied a (long) while back. I liked the scientific approach he gave, and discussed the evidence for meditation. Also, I liked the fact he is a ‘normal’ bloke teaching the technique, rather than some people you may expect, who are trying to portray an image of a what a meditation teacher might be (bangles, mystic, aloof, worthy”
Rich really aims to ensure all who learn gain access to the many scientific benefits that meditation brings to ensure you get the “happy mind” you deserve.
